About Travis Riley - True Access TN
I’m Travis Riley, founder of True Access TN.
I’m a licensed A&P IA Mechanic, AEA Certified and a wheelchair user since 2011.
After a severe motorcycle wreck in 2011, while in A&P school, I returned to class in my wheelchair and graduated in 2012.
I’ve worked hands-on in general aviation for over 13 years — crawling in and out of aircraft daily.
I know firsthand how inaccessible many airports, ramps, hangars, outdoor venues, and businesses really are because I live it everyday. That’s why I started
True Access TN — to give practical, real-world accessibility audits and solutions from someone who actually experiences the barriers.

$3,300 – $4,900 per site (most common for regional airports, FBOs, hangars, ramps, and tarmacs)
Full on-site audit with measurements, photos, and a professional written report with prioritized fixes and estimated costs. Delivered fast so you can move forward quickly.
Park Accessibility, Zoos, & Outdoor Venue
$2,400 – $4,300 per site (state parks, trails, playgrounds, campgrounds, and recreation areas)
Practical, real-world audits focused on making outdoor spaces truly accessible for wheelchair users and families.
Commercial & Local Businesses
$1,900 - $4,300 per site (Retail stores, restaurants, offices, hotels, medical facilities. On-site ADA compliance audit with detailed measurements, photos, prioritized recommendations, and estimated costs.
